3. Payments
Payments are due as per the contract terms. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
• Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment.
• Centipic retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, modify, or distribute Centipic’s intellectual property without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Centipic is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Client misuse or third-party interference with deliverables.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
8. Amendments
Centipic may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
